As Health and Wellness Coaches, we believe in making a healthy lifestyle both fun and educational! Our group is designed to blend fitness, health education, and spiritual wellness, creating a unique and holistic approach to overall well-being.
We will meet twice a month on Saturdays—either in the morning or afternoon, depending on the weather—through May. Our sessions will take place both indoors and outdoors, offering a variety of workouts and experiences to keep things fresh and exciting.

Health goal discussions to encourage accountability and progress
Bible verses and reflection on why God calls us to care for our bodies as His temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
Circuit Training – Full-body conditioning for strength and endurance
Pilates – Core strengthening and flexibility
Trail Walks & Hiking – Connecting with nature while staying active
High-Intensity Training (HIIT) – Fast-paced workouts to build endurance
Boxing – A fun and powerful way to relieve stress and boost confidence
Zumba – Dance-based cardio that makes fitness feel like a party
